What I Stand For
As your President, I will fight every day for the issues that matter most to frontline workers and their families. Our strength is in our unity, our contract, and our willingness to stand up together.
Fair Contracts
Our labor keeps this system moving — our contracts should prove it. As President, I will fight for agreements that deliver real raises, strong benefits, and rock-solid protections on the job and at home. No watered‑down language, no givebacks, and no deals rushed through in the dark. If it doesn't respect our work and improve our lives, it doesn't get our support.
Member Protection
No member should ever feel alone when facing management. As President, I will ensure every member has strong, prepared union representation, challenge unfair write-ups, suspensions, and terminations, and defend workers against harassment, retaliation, and unsafe directives.
Union Solidarity
A divided union is a weakened union — and management knows it. I will bring together all departments, titles, and locations under one united Local 252, make sure every voice — senior and new, full-time and part-time — is heard, and build a culture where we stand up for each other, not against each other.
Transparent Leadership
Members should never have to guess what their union is doing. Under my leadership, union finances and decisions will be open and understandable, contract updates and grievances will be regularly communicated, and meetings will be accessible, respectful, and focused on member priorities.
Healthcare & Benefits
Our healthcare and pensions are not favors — they are hard-won union rights. I will fight for better health coverage and retirement security at the bargaining table, oppose cost-shifting that puts more burden on working families, and educate members about their benefits so no one leaves anything on the table.
Future of Our Union
A strong future for Local 252 depends on developing the next generation of leaders. I will train and support new shop stewards and member leaders across all areas, encourage newer and younger members to get involved and have a voice, and plan not just for today's challenges, but for the long-term strength and stability of Local 252.
